Quick answer: for a special dinner book Savant, Estera or 1756 Grotto. For a relaxed meal with a harbor view, eat on the boardwalk. For a casual, much-loved lunch, try No Bones Cafe, Blues' Backyard BBQ or Alfio's Pizza. Christiansted is compact, so you can walk between almost all of them.
